圣谷山成立于2002年7月，注册地在日照市岚山工委汾水街道。
Shenggushan was established in July, 2002, and it was registered in the Work Committee of Fenshui street, Lanshan district, Rizhao city.
2003年，第一家店面在日照开张。
In 2003, the first store opened in Rizhao.
2003年冬，入驻济南茶叶批发市场。
In the winter of 2003, it entered tea wholesale market of Jinan.
2005年，公司落户日照岚山区巨峰镇李家庄。获第三届中国济南国际茶博会金奖，100克茶叶拍卖2.6万。
In 2005, the company settled in Lijia Village, Jufeng Town, Lanshan District, Rizhao. The company won the Gold Award of the 3rd China International Tea Expo in Jinan and 100 grams of tea were sold 26,000 yuan at the auction.
2006年，通过了ISO9001：2000国际质量体系认证。
In 2006, it passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification.
2007年，“圣谷山”获山东省著名商标称号。
In 2007, "Shenggushan" won the title of famous trademark in Shandong Province.
2008年，成为第十一届全运会指定用茶。
In 2008, it became the official designated tea for the 11th National Games.
2009年，获批山东省第一张红茶生产许可证。
In 2009, the company was granted the first license for black tea production by Shandong Province.
